We make every item to order rather than keeping stock on hand. This allows us to easily accommodate new departments without a large upfront inventory purchase. Once you place an order, we procure the blank item in your chosen color, generate a custom film for your department, and apply printing or embroidery. If we don't have the blank in our shop, we'll order it directly from the supplier. This made-to-order process means production and shipping can take a few weeks. But you'll find the wait worthwhile when you receive your quality customized gear.
